- 1 oz key lime juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- 1 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1/2 oz simple syrup (optional, to taste)
- Graham cracker crumbs, for rim
- Lime wheel and pineapple wedge, for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Rim a chilled cocktail glass with graham cracker crumbs.
- In a blender, combine coconut rum, key lime juice, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, cream cheese, triple sec, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add simple syrup if more sweetness is desired.
- Pour into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and pineapple wedge.
Notes
For extra indulgence, drizzle caramel or white chocolate inside the glass before pouring. Adjust the lime juice to make it more tart or sweet according to your taste.
