Soft, creamy, and bursting with strawberry crunch flavor!
Ingredients:
Crust:
1 ½ cups Golden Oreos, crushed
1/4 cup melted butter
Cheesecake Layer:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
Topping:
1 cup crushed Golden Oreos
2 tablespoons strawberry-flavored gelatin powder (like Jell-O)
2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Mix crushed Golden Oreos with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 8 minutes, then set aside.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg, vanilla, and sour cream. Fold in chopped strawberries. Pour over crust and spread evenly. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely, then chill at least 3 hours.
Mix remaining crushed Oreos with strawberry gelatin powder and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over chilled cheesecake layer. Gently press down to stick. Cut into bars and serve cold. 🍓🍰🧊
