- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 package orange gelatin (3 oz)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill while preparing the filling.
- Dissolve orange gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, then stir in cold water. Let cool to room temperature.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the cooled gelatin, orange zest, and vanilla extract, mixing gently until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
- Garnish with whipped cream and orange slices before serving.
Notes
For extra citrus flavor, add a splash of orange juice to the filling. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
