  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package orange gelatin (3 oz)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill while preparing the filling.
  3. Dissolve orange gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, then stir in cold water. Let cool to room temperature.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Add the cooled gelatin, orange zest, and vanilla extract, mixing gently until smooth and creamy.
  7. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
  9. Garnish with whipped cream and orange slices before serving.

Notes

For extra citrus flavor, add a splash of orange juice to the filling. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
