- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until incorporated.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust.
- Spoon half of the cherry pie filling evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Repeat layers with remaining cream cheese mixture and cherry pie filling.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
