Ingredients

- 250g spaghetti
- 300g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink (about 2 minutes per side).
- Stir in remaining butter and cooked pasta, tossing to coat well.
- Garnish with parsley and Parmesan before serving.
Notes
Best served immediately. You can substitute spaghetti with linguine or fettuccine.
